How the tiers are structured
Each tier is sized to the work, not to a wish list
Each tier is defined by capacity and scope: how many bank feeds you can connect, whether multi-currency is included, whether InvoiceNow e-invoicing is enabled, how many user seats you get, and what level of support is attached.
The intention is that you pick a tier based on the work you do, not on a feature you might want someday. If you're between tiers, the consultation is where we work out which side you fall on rather than pushing you up.
Entry
For straightforward books
One or two bank accounts, a single currency, a modest invoice volume.
Single currency
Email & phone support
This tier suits a business with one or two bank accounts, a single currency, and a modest invoice volume. It covers the core loop: sales invoices, purchase bills, bank reconciliation, and standard financial reports.
InvoiceNow e-invoicing can be enabled where you need it. Multi-currency is not included at this level, so if you invoice or pay in more than one currency, look at the next tier up. Support is by email and phone during Singapore business hours.
Growth
For multi-currency and higher volume
Overseas customers, regional suppliers, more than one bookkeeper.
Multi-currency
InvoiceNow
Roles & permissions
The growth tier adds multi-currency bookkeeping with exchange differences handled at settlement, more bank feeds, and additional user seats. It's aimed at SMEs billing overseas customers, paying regional suppliers, or running a higher transaction volume than a single bookkeeper can comfortably handle alone.
InvoiceNow e-invoicing and the full GST reporting set are included. Roles and permissions become more useful here too, since a bookkeeper and a director usually need different levels of access once the team grows past one person.
Established
For larger books and more users
Bigger ledger, frequent reporting, several people in the books.
Full reporting set
More seats
This tier is for businesses with a larger ledger, more frequent reporting needs, and several people touching the books. It raises the limits on bank feeds, user seats, and transaction volume, and includes the full reporting set.
It still doesn't include payroll, corporate secretarial work, or inventory beyond basic tracking. Those sit outside the product, and if they're on your requirement list, a corporate services provider that bundles software with those services is likely a better fit.
Between two tiers? Describe your current setup and we'll say which side you fall on. Ask which plan fits is a normal thing to bring to the call — nothing is added to your bill for asking.
